We are currently looking to recruit an Aircraft Structural Engineer to work at our MRO facility.
Pre-Requisites:
- Competent in the use of Component Maintenance Manual
- Carbon fibre awareness
- Experience in countersinking/drilling and reaming/assembly and removal of fasteners/shimming/sealing
- Ability to follow drawings and specifications accurately
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, working environment
- ITC literate
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
- Carrying out repairs and overhauls according to procedures whilst ensuring that both product quality and paperwork are in accordance with specified requirements and standards
- Using competency skills to inspect and test components to meet the specified required standards
- Accurate input of data and record keeping
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a recognised aircraft engineering qualification
- Holds a full driving licence
- Must be able to work on their own initiative
- Will need to be flexible about working requirements
